From where is the package shipped?

We are a Dutch brand. All packages are shipped from the Netherlands.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, contact us. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts, and pants so we can suggest the best size for you!

Can I cancel my order?

Changing or canceling an order online - after placement - is unfortunately not possible.

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Please make sure that all your information is accurate before checking out. Due to how quickly we print and process orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change incorrect addresses. If you need to make any address changes, please inform us as soon as possible. The sooner we know, the sooner we can start helping you out with those changes. Rose Westwood cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. We are not liable to refund/replace this order. Send your e-mail to info@rosewestwood.com

I ordered the wrong item. Can I change the size?

If you need to make any size changes, please inform us as soon as possible. By e-mail: info@rosewestwood.com

How long until I get my order?

Rose Westwood Processing time is 5 business days from the day you purchased. Additional processing time is required during peak seasons (Christmas & Black Friday) and launch periods. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, get in touch to see if something went wrong with your order.

Tracking labels that were created but your order did not ship within five business days, please send us an e-mail. Did your order ship but the tracking stops giving updates, please get in touch with us as well.

Can I send a product as a gift?

Yes, of course! Please make sure you state the name and delivery address of the recipient on your order and we will arrange this for you. Please note, we do not offer gift-wrapping service.

Do you have a physical store?

Rose Westwood does not have a physical store and is only available online. If you need any help with sizing or something else, do not hestite to contact us.

I have placed an order and I have not received a confirmation email.

Kindly check your junk mail  and you should find it hiding there.

If you still can't find it, contact us at info@rosewestwood.com with the full name that your order was placed in and we will help you out.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my product?
Why was my return or exchange denied?

• Signs of washing or excessive wrinkling

• Item(s) smelling of smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc

• Excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, etc

• Signs of wear (makeup, stains, smell, etc.)

• Returned without original packaging or tags

• We do not allow returns for socks due to hygienic reasons

Where is my refund?

Please allow 10-15 business days for the funds to return to your account. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, please contact us, and we will look into the refund for you!

I did not pick up my package at a pick up point and has been send back. What should I do?

First contact the forwarder (UPS or DHL) to make sure the package has left the pick up location. If the package has been returned to Rose Westwood please e-mail us so we can have a look where your package is now and what can be done.

Does Rose Westwood provide free returns?

We do not offer free return shipping labels.

I need to exchange, what are my options?

Exchanging is not possibe. When your return comes back in our office you will automatically be refunded within 15 business days. If you need another size, please order again.

My Shipping fee wasn't refunded, why?

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We strive to offer several domestic and international payment methods for our customers to give you the opportunity to feel safe and secure when ordering.

What can be done about customs & duty fees?

Unfortunately, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

In the EU you don't pay any extra for customs as Rose Westwood is based in the Netherlands.

But in certain countries they have specific rules for import/export.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are before making a purchase. Rose Westwood is not responsible for any additional fees or custom fees your country imposes on retrieving your package.

Guarantee & Product Care

What do I have a guarantee on?

Did you made a purchase at Rose Westwood within 8 weeks and you have a problem? Please contact by e-mail with pictures of the problem. Was the item purchased longer than 8 weeks, the warranty will not be valid. If you still have questions you can always send us a message.

How do I wash my leggings?

The leggings are made from High Quality Technical stretch fabric.

• Wash inside out on 30 degrees with similar colors.

• Do not use fabric softener. This can cause harm to the silicone logo's and the technical properties of the fabric.

• Do not tumble dry. Hang out to dry or dry flat. High temperatures within the dryer destroys the microfibers in technical fabric and may cause harm to the silicone logo's.

• Do not iron or steam the silicone print or expose the silicone print to direct heat.

• We even recommend washing them in a laundry bag for durability but it's not necessary.

How do I wash my Sport Bra's?

The bra's are made from High Quality Technical stretch fabric.

• Wash inside out on 30 degrees with similar colors.

• Sports bra padding can be tricky to care for and easy to lose. If you’re putting the bra in the washing machine, make sure to remove the pads first. These need to be hand-washed, or they’ll lose their shape. Rinse them in the sink or tub with a bit of detergent, then lay them flat or on a rack to dry. Whatever you do, don’t put these in the dryer.

• Do not use fabric softener. This can cause harm to the silicone logo's and the technical properties of the fabric.
